We're a bunch of snack lovers who left our jobs in a big snacking company as we realised making the best tasting healthier snacks wasn't about what you take out, but what you bake in.
We create 'Seriously Snackable' healthier biscuits packed with real ingredients, not padded with air, oils, or processed flavourings. Because more of the real, means less of the rubbish!
We enjoyed working with each other so much, we set up our own brand! We believe the best biscuits are made in diverse teams with different backgrounds and experiences.
Most importantly, baking snacks should be fun, not a constant boardroom battle!
For us, diversity in background and experiences makes for a better workplace. We passionately believe that everyone should have the opportunity to reach their full potential and can see that there is still far much more to do, including in commercial, marketing, sales, and research and development - where we've worked for most of our lives.
